簡潔な って英語でなんて言う?

こんばんは。今日は18時からレッスンを始めたのですが、直前に仕事の依頼メールが来てバタバタしながらのレッスンになっていまいました。(返信したつもりがネット不具合により送信できておらず、再起動したり送信メールを削除しながらレッスンを受けました。。)

返答:

Some personal achievements are graduating school, getting married, buying a house, building a robot, and creating your own company.

 

 

質問:

If I told you I wanted to underachieve in my life, what would you think?

返答:

If you told me you wanted to underachieve in your life, I would think that you were lazy and had no aspirations.

 

質問:

What people are competent enough to draft a contract?

返答:

Lawyers are competent enough to draft a contract.

 

質問:

What competence do you think is valuable when you are managing a large team of people?

返答:

I think having competence in leadership skills and organization is valuable when you are managing a large team of people.

返答:

concise (adj) : 簡潔な = brief   ; shorten but very informative, only give information that is necessary and important

precise (adj) : 正確な

leave out (verb) : 除外する

needless (adj): 不必要な

write out (verb) : 書き出す

How can I make my CV more concise?

返答:

You can make your CV more concise by leaving out needless information like hobbies or interests. You can also make lists insted of paragraphs.

Why should I be concise when writing my CV?

返答:

You should be concise when writing your CV because extra information which is unimportant to the position is a waste of time for the employer to read. Lists are easier to read than paragraphs.

Give me some examples of documents or pieces of writing you prefer to be concisely written?

返答:

I prefer business emails and presentation documents to be concisely written.

If you went on a 5 year journey around the world, do you think you'd come back and give a nice and concise summary? or would it look a bit different?

返答:

If I went on a 5 year journey around the world, I wouldn't come back and just give a concise summary but I would probably organize a big slide show and write out several of the most interesting moments I had in some places I visited.
