デメリット って英語でなんて言う?

こんばんは。週1ペースになってしまっていますね。。月10回コースにしたのであと1週間程でまだ6回残っています(笑) よくやるんですがまた完全にご利用は計画的に。になってしまいました。まあ気負ってもしょうがないので 1つ1つやっていきたいと思います。
