おはようございます。またご無沙汰してしまいました。どうもコンスタントに続けるということが苦手な性格です。。

仕事も落ち着いているのですが、逆にやる気がなくなり、できないことをやるという刺激を避けてしまっていました。Youtubeの啓発動画を色々と見て、ストレスには良いストレスと悪いストレスがあるけれど、成長に繋がるような良いストレスこそ朝受けると良いという言葉を見て、もう一度スタートしてみました。

久しぶりなのでハードルを下げて、ボキャブラリーのクラスを受講。
